About
Brents of Brentwood
The success of Brents rests on more than locating and placing insurance. An essential part of the service is our philosophy of teamwork. Our friendly staff make it their business to understand our customers’ business, plus they have a detailed knowledge of the UK insurance industry, kept up to date by on-going training. Their brief is to consider themselves part of your team. First, we understand your needs. Then we ask the right questions. Only then do we start the selection of insurance cover. That way we can be sure that our customers get the solution tailored to their needs.
We work with insurers to ensure that they offer best value for money and financial stability and that they meet our high standards of customer care. Instead of swamping you with lots of quotations and paperwork, leaving you to do the time-consuming weeding out, we do it for you. All you do is choose from the final choice of two or three of our recommendations. Once your choice of policy or policies is made, Brents will take a pro-active approach, monitoring progress with you to ensure that your needs continue to be met.
You need to arrange insurance and no matter what type of protection you are looking for you want it to be done properly so that if you need to claim the insurers can settle fairly and quickly.
From the outset we share the same objective and so to achieve this for you we will ensure that we ask the right questions and listen carefully to your answers. This enables us to understand your circumstances, whether you need to disclose you are working from home to a Household insurer for example or to understand your business activities and processes so we can then apply our insurance knowledge to consider the risks that affect you.
Our thorough understanding of you or your business enables us to provide you with advice, guidance and recommendations on how best to arrange your insurance.
Beyond the insurance policy we can also offer you help with Risk Management, Employment Law and Valuation services and prompt you to think about other factors that will help reduce the chance of an incident that could lead to a claim.
